Common questions

How do I delete my account?

Open Marble → tap the gear icon on the Home tab → Settings → Account → Delete account. Confirm. This permanently removes your profile, physique scans, programs, workout history, and photos.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID. Open Settings → Settings → Manage subscription in the app, or directly at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

How do I restore my purchase on a new phone?

In the app, open Settings → Restore purchases. As long as you sign in with the same Apple ID that bought the subscription, it'll come back.

Why does the app need photos?

Marble grades your physique from a front and side photo to build your training program around what's holding you back. See the Privacy Policy for the full handling details — what's collected, where it's stored, and how to delete it.

Does Marble use Health data or location?

No HealthKit, no precise location, no contacts. The app collects only what you enter during onboarding (age, height, weight, training preferences) plus your physique photos and workout logs.
